A short note
Pelican Studio runs pelicanstudio.co. We use what you send us to reply, make the files, and send audit notes. We do not sell personal data.
What you send
If you email us, use the contact form, or request a free audit, we keep the name, email, Whatnot name, and message you send. An order also includes the brand, the pieces you picked, and the email on the order.
Payments
The card checkout handles the card. We only receive the payment status and enough detail to match it to your order. We do not store the full card number.
Who helps us
The site is hosted on Vercel. Mail goes through our email provider. Google Analytics, and sometimes the Meta Pixel, tell us which pages are used. A Discord chat stays on Discord. Each of these only sees what that job needs.
Cookies
Those analytics tools use cookies or similar. You can block cookies in your browser. The site still works.
How long we keep it
We keep messages and orders while we finish the work, cover the support window, and keep ordinary business records. Ask us if you want a casual inquiry deleted.
Your requests
Email us if you want to know what we hold, or to correct it. Some records have to stay when they belong to a paid order or a payment.
Age
This site is for sellers. It is not meant for anyone under 18.
