The work
Pelican Studio designs custom graphics for Whatnot sellers: boards, overlays, hits, screens, and the related show files. You get the files. Your show, OBS, and Whatnot account stay with you.
Your order
The order, or the quote we wrote together, is what we make. The first update is usually line art and direction, aimed at 48 hours after we have what we need from you.
Timing
Final files follow the day count on the order. The count starts once we have the names, logos, and direction we asked for. A slow reply, or an extra league, adds days. We will tell you if a date needs to move.
Revisions and support
Revisions stay on the pieces in the order, until those files match the direction we agreed. Support runs for 30 days after delivery and covers questions and small fixes on those files. A new piece, a new league, or a different show is a new order.
Your files
Once the order is paid and the files are delivered, you can use them on your shows and channels. We may show finished work in the Pelican Studio portfolio. Tell us before delivery if you would rather keep a piece private.
Payment
The price is the order total, or the amount on the invoice. We do not store your card number. If a payment is still open, we pause until it lands.
Refunds
Custom files are covered on the refund policy. That page explains changes and cancellations.
Names and logos
Please only send names, logos, photos, and marks you are allowed to use. If a claim comes from something you sent, that stays with you. We may decline a job we cannot safely make.
Results
These are design files. They do not come with a promise of viewers, sales, or a particular result on Whatnot.
If something goes wrong
We are not responsible for lost sales, a missed show, or a problem on your Whatnot account. Where we are responsible for an order, that stops at the amount you paid for it.
These terms
These terms cover design work you buy from Pelican Studio, including an order on this site. Paying an invoice or placing an order means you accept them. We can update this page later. An order keeps the terms that were up when you paid.
