Refunds

How it works
Each order is graphics made for your show. If something in those files is off, we revise them until they match the direction we agreed. You also get 30 days of support after the files are delivered. If you are unsure about an order, email us and we will talk it through.
Made for you
The files are custom. They are drawn for one seller, so they are not a stock pack you can send back.
If plans change
A payment stays with the order once it is placed. We are not able to refund a change of mind, a different package, a missed show, or files you later decide not to use.
Extra work
A new piece or a new league is a separate charge. It sits outside the original order.
If we do not deliver
If the files in your order never arrive, email contact@pelicanstudio.co. We will send them, or refund that order. That is the only case we refund.
Cards
We never see your full card number. If something looks wrong on a payment, write to us first. A card dispute does not replace this policy.
