Whatnot Rewards Club for sellers: seasons, tiers, and badges

Rewards Club is a three-month loyalty season you set in Seller Hub. Match the badges to the show. Do not promise a season date from a blog.

On this page

Whatnot Rewards Club is a loyalty season you configure in Seller Hub: achievements, rewards, tier names, and badges. It runs in recurring three-month seasons that reset together. This post is how to talk about it on stream and how the badges should look next to your kit. It is not the season calendar.

Season 4 is a past season on Whatnot's own table, not the one to enroll in from this page. Read the live dates, eligibility, and what you can still edit after you publish on Set up your Rewards Club. Buyer-facing reset rules, including any exception for a top tier, are on Earn rewards with Rewards Club. Confirm both before you say 'you keep your status' out loud.

Who should run it, and who should wait

Run it when you already have regulars and you can explain the perk without stopping the pull. Wait if you are still hunting a first filled show. A club on an empty room is a settings page nobody will finish. Wait if you cannot deliver the perk on a busy night. A coupon you forget to honor is worse than no club.

Skip a graphics project for badges until the program is published and you know which names you are allowed to use this season. Art for a draft you abandon is how overlays pick up tier names that are no longer real.

Say the perk, not the mythology

Name tiers like a person. If the reward is a coupon or a members show, say that. Diamond and Platinum mean nothing if the buyer cannot tell what they get. Whatnot's seller materials have used Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond as the ladder. Confirm the current ladder in your hub before you paint those words into a lower-third.

Pin one sentence. Call a tier change in a breath, then go back to the product. Do not rebuild the club mid-rip. Help docs have said that once a club is live, changes are limited until the season ends. If that is still true when you read it, believe their page over a promise you want to make on stream.

Badges are tiny. Design them that way.

A badge sits next to a name, small. Test it at the size chat actually is, not as a poster. Use the show's color. If your frame is high contrast, a pastel badge looks like another seller's sticker. Custom badge art is a file job after the program exists. It is not the program.

Do not put the season number in the permanent overlay. Next season you will be wrong. Put the club explanation in the pin and in Seller Hub. The frame stays the frame. A rebrand of the whole show is a different project: rebrand without losing regulars.

Talk track that does not stall the break

  1. Publish in Seller Hub before you mention it. No teaser for a button you do not have.
  2. Pin the perk in plain words. Not a tour of every tier.
  3. On a tier-up, say the name and the perk once.
  4. If someone asks a rule you have not checked, read the hub later. Do not invent a reset rule.
  5. At season end, update the pin. Kill outdated badge files before the next show.

Pelican does not enroll the club, issue coupons, or see your buyer list. We can match badge art to a kit you already run. If Seller Hub does not offer you Rewards Club, there is nothing for us to draw.

Do not paint the season into the frame

A lower-third with a season number is wrong in three months, and it stays wrong because nobody opens the starting scene. Keep season language in the pin. Keep the overlay as the seller.

If a buyer asks whether progress carries over, read Whatnot's buyer help before you answer. A confident wrong answer on mic is a perk you now owe.

Three minutes for the club, then back to the product

You do not explain the whole season every show. Once, near the open, after the product is on screen: the name of the perk a buyer can actually earn, and where they tap. Then you sell. A second mention is allowed when someone asks or when you award the thing. A tour of every tier, every show, is how the break starts late and the badge ends up covering the board.

Badges are small because they sit next to the kit, not instead of it. If the badge is large enough to hide a cell or the card, it is a poster. Shrink it or put it on a scene you leave. Do not paint the season number into the permanent overlay. Next season the number is wrong, and it stays wrong because nobody opens the starting scene to edit one digit. Season language lives in the pin. The frame stays the seller.

Skip the club talk entirely if you have not configured it in Seller Hub. Announcing a perk you cannot award is a promise. Read Whatnot's current setup article before you name a tier on stream. Seasons reset. Do not freeze a season number in a blog, a thumb, or a lower-third and call it current.

A perk you have not set upChat asks for a reward you cannot grantConfigure it first, or do not mention it

A new overlay will not repair a club nobody understands. If regulars cannot say the perk in one sentence, fix the sentence before you commission a badge. Who should wait: a new seller with one format and no repeat buyers yet. The club is a layer for a room that already comes back. It is not the thing that creates that room.

FAQ

What is Whatnot Rewards Club?

Whatnot's loyalty season for sellers who are eligible: tiers, achievements, and rewards you set in Seller Hub. Buyers progress during the season. Confirm the current tools on their help page.

Is Rewards Club Season 4 still open?

No. Their published table lists Season 4 in 2025. Later seasons have already run. Use the table on the setup article, not this URL, before you tell anyone a date.

Do I need custom badges?

Only if the current season lets you upload them and your default marks clash with the show. Readable and on-brand beats novelty.

Should I explain every tier every show?

No. One pinned sentence. A full speech between pulls trains people to talk over you and stalls the board.

Can a new overlay replace a weak club?

No. If the perk is vague or you cannot deliver it, fix the perk or do not run the club. Paint will not retain a buyer.

Screenshot the crown or the tier names from a buyer's view if you can, not only from your setup screen. You design for the size they see. A badge that looks sharp in Seller Hub can turn into a blob next to a username. If you cannot see it as a buyer, do not describe it on stream as if you have.

If the club is already published and the badges clash, send the show link and the tier names through Free Audit or Discord.
